Does Body Count Matter?
We live in a hyper-sexualized world where body count is either praised or shamed. No matter where you stand on the pendulum, God designed sex to be sacred and within the bounds of marriage. But our culture has both commonized and cheapened its value and yet, it's hard for one to accept that the person they are with may have an extensive sexual history.
So what do you do when you find out the person you're with has a high body count?
To say, "Accept it and move on in the name of love," is easier said than done, and that's why this book holds much value. As a young adult, when I pictured who my wife would be, I never imagined an ex-adult film actress. But to my surprise, that's who I ended up with, a former adult film star with a very high body count.
